Experience in evolving content strategies, using multiple asset types, experimentation, and performance-led optimization is required. High AI fluency and the ability to apply new tools and technologies to drive efficiency, scale, and continuous improvement are also key. The candidate must be skilled at navigating complexity, including regulatory environments, competing stakeholder needs, and fast-changing platforms. A strong cross-functional collaboration ability is needed to align social strategy with broader business, marketing, and product priorities. Commercial awareness, with asset management experience or a clear commitment to quickly learning Janus Henderson product lines, tracking competitor activity and the broader landscape to inform ideas and recommendations through social listening, is important.
