The Digital Agent Services team is focused on redefining travel delivery by creating next-generation digital tools for travel consultants. These tools aim to provide effortless, personalized service throughout the entire travel journey, combining deep travel expertise with modern technology, data, and AI to transform the advisor experience and set a new standard for premium travel servicing.
Requirements
- Experienced travel professional with expertise across Air, Hotel, Cruise, and Tour.
- Passionate about shaping the future of travel technology.
- Ability to partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and strategic technology partners.
- Skills in designing, validating, and launching innovative capabilities.
- Experience in simplifying complex travel servicing.
- Experience in enhancing booking experiences.
- Familiarity with integrating emerging technologies, including AI.
- Ability to solve real-world problems.
- Ability to influence product strategy.
- Experience in building tools that impact a large user base.
