About The Position
The Digital Workplace Product Group within the Technology organization at American Express is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and modern collaboration capabilities to colleagues across the enterprise. We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of enterprise productivity services across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, along their Copilot-enabled experiences. This role will help enhance the end-user experience across core workplace tools, ensuring employees can work efficiently, securely, and effectively across functions. You will support product updates, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities that streamline workflows and improve productivity at scale.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Understanding of how employees use these tools in day-to-day workflows.
- Eagerness to build experience in enterprise product management, integrations, and AI-driven workplace transformation.
