The Senior Associate Corporate Events Specialist manages the operational frameworks required for the execution of Corporate Events. This role is responsible for the independent oversight of event data systems, vendor lifecycle management, and the implementation of attendee experience protocols. The Senior Associate Corporate Events Specialist exercises independent judgment in prioritizing departmental workflows and resolving logistical challenges to ensure alignment with MWG’s strategic event objectives. This role is hybrid and requires 3 days onsite in our Walnut Creek, CA Corporate office.
