About The Position

At Thrive Family Law, we are a growing Colorado family law firm committed to fostering an environment where both clients and team members can thrive. This role offers hands-on mentorship in family law strategy, negotiation, creative settlement, and litigation skills, ideal for those comfortable in the courtroom and with litigation fundamentals. Prior family law experience is preferred, but strong litigators from backgrounds like District Attorney or Public Defender offices are also encouraged to apply.
