About The Position

The Family Law Attorney manages family law cases throughout the litigation process and provides clients with expert strategies and support. The role focuses on managing existing client cases rather than generating leads or seeking new business, in a team-based environment that emphasizes client service and work-life balance. The position is based in San Antonio and reports to Kimberly Washington. The work environment is hybrid, with 1–2 days of remote work per week.

Requirements

• At least two years of practicing family law in Texas.
• A valid Texas bar license held for a minimum of two years.
• Solid research and writing skills.
• Energetic and motivated.
• Highly organized.
• Proficiency with TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting and client management software.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Recommend improvements to practice managers.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.
• Conduct hearings, participate in mediations and consultations, and handle courtroom matters.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.
