About The Position

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is hiring an experienced Family Law Attorney to manage family law cases and assist clients throughout the litigation process. The firm specializes in family law, estate planning and probate, and criminal defense, and operates 16 locations in Texas. Attorneys focus on managing client cases and developing expert strategies rather than generating leads or seeking new business. Requirements

At least two years of experience practicing family law in Texas.
A valid Texas bar license held for at least two years.
Solid research and writing skills.
Energetic and motivated.
Highly organized.
Proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite.

Nice To Haves

Five or more years of experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio, or similar drafting and client management software.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
Provide superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.
Handle hearings, mediations, and consultations.
Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Competitive pay of $75,000–$130,000, based on years of experience.
