Step into a leadership role within our Architecture team where you'll guide projects from concept design through construction administration. As a Senior Architect, you'll coordinate multi-disciplinary design efforts, and provide mentorship to junior staff. This position offers autonomy to lead design initiatives while collaborating with experienced architects and engineers on diverse, high-impact projects. Project types include civic / municipal, higher education, industrial, and government.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture required; degree from an NAAB-accredited program preferred. Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program also preferred
• Registered Architect in the state of employment, or eligibility for reciprocal licensure through NCARB certification
• 15 or more years of experience
• Advance abilities in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• Expertise in developing comprehensive detailed design documents and specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to design excellence
• Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
• Servant leader committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence while developing others

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project design from conceptual development through final construction
• Manage all phases of architectural design and documentation with full project ownership
• Serve as primary client contact, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Interface with clients to understand project goals, and present design solutions
• Manage project budgets, provide technical leadership to junior staff, and oversee quality control processes for medium to large-scale projects
