Senior Application Support Consultant
About The Position
Unit4 is seeking a Senior Application Support Consultant to join its team in Wrocław, supporting customers across the EMEA and UK regions on the Unit4 ERP platform. This is a senior, hands-on position focused on maintaining high-quality support delivery and strengthening a team that has undergone recent changes. The consultant will manage complex support cases and escalations while mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, delivering training, and contributing to process improvements. The role initially focuses on Unit4 ERP, with structured learning and a rotation programme to develop knowledge of ERPx as well. The team operates with a flat structure, and the position covers both first-line and advanced support responsibilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ERP systems; ideally experience with a financial module.
- Basic SQL skills, including querying and troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage standard support cases and complex escalations.
- Willingness to travel to the Wrocław office 2–3 times per year.

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve daily incoming customer support cases across the EMEA and UK regions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex issues and escalations.
- Guide and mentor team members as required.
- Deliver training sessions and support knowledge development within the team.
- Own escalation management and ensure timely, effective resolution.
- Cover both first-line and advanced support responsibilities within a flat team structure.
- Balance operational support delivery with mentoring and process improvement contributions.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
- Work across Unit4 ERP and ERPx, starting with ERP and expanding knowledge through a rotation programme.
