About The Position

Kinder’s is seeking a CPFR Analyst to support Walmart through strong customer service, thoughtful forecasting, and improved in-club availability. The role turns club and distribution center data into practical forecasts and replenishment actions, working with Walmart replenishment contacts and Kinder’s Sales, Planning, and Customer Operations teams to protect availability while managing event demand and end-of-life inventory. The position is based in Kinder’s Bentonville, Arkansas office, with quarterly travel to the Walnut Creek, California office. Kinder’s uses a hybrid work structure requiring four days in the office each week, while offering flexibility to work outside the office when needed.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • GRS or club-level forecasting experience.
  • Power BI experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP and customer order processes.

Responsibilities

  • Use approved internal AI tools to create club inventory reports, short-term forecasts, and exception alerts; validate results against customer data, known events, and shipment timing before sharing recommendations.
  • Compare item-level sales, inventory on hand, weeks of supply, distribution center stock, and orders with Kinder’s forecast, and recommend changes with Demand Planning and the customer replenishment team.
  • Provide weekly reports to Sales, Planning, Customer Operations, Inventory, and Logistics covering risks, assumptions, recommended actions, and follow-up owners.
  • Analyze club and distribution center inventory, recent sales, order generation, and item-level forecasts using available Walmart supplier reporting and GRS; flag club out-of-stocks, excess stock, and ordering gaps.
  • Review lead times, order increments, presentation quantities, safety stock, transportation mode, and item setup with the Walmart Customer Operations Manager, and recommend changes for approval by the appropriate owner.
  • Support new items, club programs, and item exits by forecasting club inventory needs and proposing burn-down plans to reduce markdown exposure and remaining Kinder’s inventory.
  • Monitor case versus pallet ordering requirements; support pool and scripted order plans, confirm item availability and freight, obtain required approvals, and coordinate execution with Customer Operations and Logistics.
  • Review item availability when orders arrive and escalate supply gaps with Planning, Procurement, Production, and warehouse partners.
  • Partner with Customer Operations Analysts to review EDI and SAP order exceptions, confirm order accuracy, and coordinate priority shipments.
