About The Position

Kinder’s is seeking a CPFR Analyst for Sam’s Club to turn club and distribution center data into practical forecasts and replenishment actions. The role works with Sam’s Club replenishment contacts and Kinder’s Sales, Planning, Customer Operations, Inventory, and Logistics teams to protect in-club availability while managing event demand and end-of-life inventory. It is based in the Bentonville, Arkansas office, with quarterly travel to the Walnut Creek, California office. The position follows a hybrid structure requiring four days in the office each week. The analyst prepares club inventory reports, short-term forecasts, and exception alerts using approved internal AI tools, validating findings against customer data, known events, and shipment timing before making recommendations. The role analyzes item-level sales, inventory, weeks of supply, distribution center stock, and orders; supports replenishment and new-item, club-program, and item-exit planning; and coordinates order and service execution. The expected starting base salary is $115,000–$125,000 per year, with individual compensation determined by relevant factors and business needs. Kinder’s describes itself as a privately held, founder-led, fast-growing food company with more than 100 products sold nationwide. It emphasizes an entrepreneurial, collaborative, people-first culture. Benefits may include paid time off, a 401(k), bonus or incentive eligibility, equity grants, health benefits, parental leave, and other family-friendly benefits, subject to eligibility.
