About The Position
Provides advanced analysis and support for telecommunications systems within the healthcare network. Ensures reliable operation of VoIP and PBX systems and assists with vendor coordination. Plays a key role in troubleshooting and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years preferred work experience.
- 5 years related work experience
- Strong understanding of VoIP and PBX systems.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Performs advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Coordinates with carriers for service changes and escalations.
- Assists in system upgrades and platform migrations.
- Monitors and maintains telecom systems performance.
- Document processes and maintain system records; additionally serves as a mentor to junior staff within the department.
