Google accountants are a savvy bunch who handle the core accounting responsibilities at Google. You know your accounting principles and the full accounting process end to end. You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. The Acquire to Retire (A2R) team manages the global accounting for Google’s entire Capital Expenditure (CapEx) portfolio, manufacturing operations, and related Operational Expenditure (OpEx). As a Senior Analyst, you will find innovative ways to deliver controllership excellence in partnership with our Technical Infrastructure (TI) and Finance teams. You will build a comprehensive understanding of the fleet of machines and other TI associated spend, and use this to enhance and streamline reporting in the space in collaboration with our business partners. In addition, you will also use your expertise to identify potential risks and opportunities on the horizon for finance and the TI business.
