About The Position

The Radiology Informatics team at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) supports exceptional patient care, research, and education by transforming imaging and clinical data into meaningful insights. This role combines systems development, analytics, and collaboration to improve radiology workflows, enable discovery, and advance MSK’s mission to treat and cure cancer.

Requirements

4–7 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and application development with python and/or C#
Experience working with healthcare data, especially DICOM, HL7/FHIR, and Epic EMR
Proven ability to develop, implement, and support production applications
Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion
Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to quality
Initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the Radiology Informatics team supporting clinical, operational, and research initiatives
Develop, implement, and support applications that integrate data across electronic medical record (EMR), radiology dictation software, PACS, and custom SQL databases
Design and maintain in‑house tools for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
Contribute to long‑term informatics strategy through system evaluation and innovation
Translate complex clinical and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
Monitor system performance, security, reliability, and data quality
Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot system and application issues
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors
Represent Radiology Informatics in meetings, presentations, and special projects
