About The Position

Building automation tools to streamline and manage invoice exceptions in multiple business units within the Global Logistics payments team. Collaborate with carriers and operations to address issues and mitigate costs. The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management key responsibilities consist of the dray accessorial process, along with managing audit exception invoices through automated review processes. The role collaborates closely with carriers and operations teams to identify trends and address opportunities that reduce avoidable costs that deliver measurable savings. The Global Logistics Operational Payment Team manages processes and oversees all payment activities related to global logistics operations. This includes ensuring transportation, warehousing, customs, and freight-related invoices are accurate, timely, and in compliance. This role impacts the team and company goals by contributing to the financial visibility piece to ensure we are compliant, while providing key visibility for operational decision making.

Requirements

High Attention to detail
Comfortable utilizing AI Tools
SQL Experience Preferred
Operations or Finance Background
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
