About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Level 3 to join the Regulated Materials Distribution team located in Auburn, WA. This position involves incorporating change and planning decisions to achieve optimal solutions, applying Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure global supply chain coordination, and analyzing complex material requirements. The role includes initiating, coordinating, and authorizing the release of orders based on system requirements and resource availability, ensuring on-time delivery, and resolving order delinquencies. The analyst will also report schedule adherence issues, develop and control inventory plans, optimize inventory levels, analyze and disposition excess inventories, and initiate audits. Furthermore, responsibilities extend to developing and creating schedules for products and services, assisting in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals, and implementing and maintaining process improvements by establishing best practices for materials management to enhance SCM performance. The role operates under general direction.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management analysis
3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting
3+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials
3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
Domestic and international travel as needed

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
4+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
