We are seeking a high-impact change analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive influence. This role is not traditional project management. It is enterprise change management - structuring complex risk initiatives, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving execution on the firm’s most visible priorities. You will partner directly with Risk leaders and regularly support executive-level conversations, translating complex risk insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
