About The Position

The Senior Analyst in Lowe’s Home Services department supports and expands the Sell, Furnish, and Install (SF&I) business model. The role calls for a thorough understanding of SF&I processes, attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects and initiatives that improve SF&I offerings and operations. The Senior Analyst works with National Installation Merchants (NIMs), Project Management Office (PMO), Technology, and other stakeholders to launch categories, address escalations, and support technology improvements. The role also analyzes data, manages roadmaps, and collaborates on promotions and capabilities to help improve SF&I operations.

This position is based at Lowe’s headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. The corporate office offers opportunities to collaborate and access amenities such as walking areas, food and coffee, a workout facility, and health check-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable.
• At least 1 year of experience in project or process management, data analytics, or services, merchandising, or store operations.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of experience with reporting systems such as SQL and MicroStrategy/DART.
• Five or more years of experience in cross-functional complex project management, analytic design, report development, and complex root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in partnering with NIMs to launch new categories, acting as a subject matter expert with PMO support or as a project manager without PMO support.
• Provide support and resolution pathways for PRO inquiries about APIs, processes, escalations, situations, and taxes.
• Provide support and resolution pathways for NIM inquiries about processes, escalations, and situations.
• Support Technology with field escalations related to reporting and availability.
• Partner with NIMs to expand categories to additional stores and increase category performance opportunities.
• Partner with NIMs, PROs, and IME to establish new capabilities.
• Manage the SF&I roadmap and work with IME to manage the capability and category roadmap.
• Partner with NIMs to manage PROs, categories, and promotions.
