About The Position
As an Analyst at RZR Global, Inc., you will support data-driven decision-making and optimize advertising strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, uncover actionable insights, and contribute to continuous improvement of advertising campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively are important to the role.
Requirements
- Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another analytical field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience in the programmatic media advertising or ad tech industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Sisense.
- Foundational knowledge and experience using SQL, Python, R, and related data query tools.
Responsibilities
- Run campaign optimization, data trend analysis, and missing opportunity analysis to identify areas of improvement and growth for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Drive organizational growth through analytical and business development projects.
- Own analytics-related conversations with clients and drive success for assigned accounts.
Benefits
- The stated San Francisco salary range is $85,000–$140,000, inclusive of base, bonus, and other benefits.
