About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Proposal and Capture supports Anduril’s Frontier Systems (AFS) Division and its Proposal and Capture team, which works across business lines and functional teams to develop proposals and win new business. The role partners with growth, engineering, program, legal, finance, and executive stakeholders to turn AFS technologies—including radar, radio frequency, EO/IR, and defeat systems—into unified, accurate, and compelling proposals and customer-facing materials.

The position combines technical writing, project management, brief preparation, CRM management, pricing, and editing. It supports the development of technical narratives, compliant documents, pricing strategies, white papers, product and company information, quotes, and proposals. The analyst will manage proposal infrastructure and coordination, support data collection and reviews, and contribute to process improvement and content-library development. As experience grows, the analyst will take on larger and more complex deals and support opportunities from inception through contract close.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in government contracting or defense contracting, with experience related to contracting with the U.S. Government.
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles, pricing methodologies, and Excel to analyze costs, assist with competitive pricing strategies, and work with financial models.
• Excellent writing and critical analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a coherent and convincing narrative.
• Strong project-management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Comfort engaging with disciplines including design, engineering, program management, supply chain, and finance.
• U.S. Person status, due to the requirement to access export-controlled data.
• Active SECRET Clearance.
• Willingness and ability to work in classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling narratives and compliant documents that support Anduril’s business.
• Support managers and senior managers in coordinating business and technical stakeholders and executing capture, pricing, and outreach strategies through proposals, white papers, and other documents.
• Coordinate content development for white papers, general product or company information, quotes, and proposals.
• Build familiarity with AFS products and capabilities to represent the division’s portfolio accurately in proposal narratives and customer-facing materials.
• Support process-improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Help develop and curate a library of prose, briefs, and graphics for use across the business.
• Coordinate with engineering counterparts to accurately represent Anduril’s technology to potential customers.
• Set up and maintain deal and proposal infrastructure, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Slack.
• Coordinate data sharing, proposal reviews such as kickoffs and color reviews, and approvals across the team.
• Collect proposal-supporting information, including past performance information, resumes, and graphics.
• Coordinate with broader Anduril organizations, including Legal Operations, to collect and consolidate corporate data.
