About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Proposal and Capture will join Anduril’s growth-focused Proposal and Capture team and support the development and delivery of major proposals. The role partners with stakeholders across business lines and functions—including business development, legal, finance, engineering, program management, and executive teams—to help win new business.

The position emphasizes writing, project management, and content generation in a fast-growing environment with competing priorities and overlapping schedules. The analyst will develop customer-facing narratives, technical content, and pricing strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance deals. The role will grow to support larger and more complex opportunities and help manage them from inception through contract close.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in the Government contracting or defense contracting space, with experience related to contracting with the U.S. Government.
• Excellent writing and critical analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a coherent and convincing narrative.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Comfort engaging with disciplines such as design, engineering, program management, legal/contracts, supply chain, and finance.
• U.S. Person status, required to access export-controlled data.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with U.S. Government maritime programs, such as U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard programs.
• Familiarity with autonomous and uncrewed systems across the maritime domain, including surface, undersea, and air systems.
• Active Secret or higher security clearance.
• Experience with the Government or defense solicitation process.

Responsibilities

• Write narratives and documents that support Anduril’s business.
• Support managers and senior managers in pursuing long-term opportunities and executing capture, pricing, and outreach strategies through proposals, white papers, and other documents.
• Coordinate and support responses to Government and customer requests for white papers, general product or company information, quotes, and proposals.
• Support process improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Help develop and curate a library of prose, briefs, and graphics for use across the business.
• Coordinate with engineering counterparts to accurately represent Anduril’s technology to potential customers.
• Set up and maintain deal and proposal infrastructure, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Slack.
• Coordinate data sharing, reviews such as kickoffs and color reviews, and approvals across the team.
