Requirements

4+ years of impactful experience in paid social, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

Craft and execute cutting-edge paid social media strategies for client brands.
Be the go-to resource for campaign insights, performance analysis, and rapid problem-solving.
Leverage strong paid social experience across diverse networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, optimizing and testing for maximum impact.
Apply a deep understanding of client brands to benefit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences.
Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate social efforts into broader media plans.
Lead status meetings, oversee campaign reviews, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff.
Manage the paid social calendar and orchestrate promotional strategies across all social channels.
Educate clients on social media best practices, stay updated on FDA regulations, and continuously innovate to enhance client engagement.
Utilize social analytics tools, including native reporting, to drive performance improvements.
Ensure error-free ad launches with expert guidance and supervision.
