As a Paid Social Analyst, you will be leading the paid social efforts for a client’s brands. Responsibilities include executing social media strategies and campaigns, as well as reporting and analysis. You will work independently as well as alongside internal teams to ensure social efforts are completely integrated with the client’s marketing efforts. Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in paid social and familiarity with the major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• Must be a kind human and have a great sense of humor!

Nice To Haves

• Agency and/or Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for clients’ brands
• Activate paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
• Showcase a deep understanding of the client’s brands and disease states, and determine how social media can provide a benefit to their audiences (HCP and DTC)
• Assist with the legal review and submission process for social media efforts
• Facilitate QAs and launch ads with no errors
• Alongside the Marketing Intelligence team, analyze performance and make recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Attend Status Meetings: Both internally, externally and with partner agencies as needed
• Demonstrate a desire for thought leadership by continuously research the evolving social media space, staying on top of trends, new networks and shifts in consumer behavior
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive social media plans
• Think outside the box and challenge the ‘status quo’ – always willing to offer unique solutions in order to get the job done
