Your role as Analyst, Team Operations is to keep the Walmart Connect Sales organization running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be the operational backbone of the team—coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring that the logistics for key events, offsites, and all-hands moments are executed flawlessly. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in making complex, multi-stakeholder coordination look effortless. You will work closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional partners to support the day-to-day operational rhythm of the team, helping ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and that every meeting, event, and workstream is set up for success.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing accuracy or attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear meeting recaps, agendas, and stakeholder communications
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project tracking platforms
  • Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, events, or offsites, including vendor and travel management
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal oversight
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities in a high-growth, fast-moving organization
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information or supporting senior leadership
  • A service-oriented mindset—you measure your success by the success of the people and teams you support
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, event coordination, or executive support role
  • Must be based in Hoboken, NJ; this is a full-time, in-office position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing meeting schedules for Sales leader workstreams, including sending invites, preparing agendas, capturing notes, and distributing recaps to ensure clear follow-through
  • Organizing and tracking action items across Sales leader workstreams, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and maintaining a clear record of open and closed items
  • Planning and executing industry all-hands meetings, including agenda coordination, presenter logistics, AV and technology setup, and post-meeting follow-up
  • Managing end-to-end logistics for team offsites, including venue research and booking, travel coordination, catering, agenda scheduling, and on-site support
  • Coordinating logistics for industry-specific events, including vendor management, attendee communications, materials preparation, and on-site execution support
  • Serving as the point of contact for operational requests from Sales leaders, triaging needs and ensuring timely, organized responses
  • Building and maintaining shared organizational tools such as trackers, calendars, and communication templates that support the operational efficiency of the Sales team
  • Supporting plans and initiatives to meet business needs while building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results
  • Identifying and proactively flagging potential scheduling conflicts, logistical risks, or coordination gaps before they become issues
  • Coordinating with internal teams including IT, Facilities, HR, and Finance to support event and meeting needs
  • Demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning as team needs and operational priorities evolve
