Your role as Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations – Joint Business Partnership (JBP) is to own the end-to-end management of Walmart Connect’s Joint Business Partnership (JBP) program. You will be the operational and strategic backbone of this high-priority program—responsible for designing and maintaining the frameworks, training, processes, and tools that enable the Sales team to execute JBPs with excellence and at scale. This role requires a seasoned operator with deep expertise in retail media ad sales or marketplace seller strategy and operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales team on all things JBP—fielding questions, resolving escalations, driving cross-functional alignment, and partnering with Product when program needs require platform or tooling solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the weeds of process design and in the room with senior stakeholders, and brings a track record of building programs that scale.
