The Billing Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operations model, controls, performance management, and cross-functional execution of our Revenue Cycle Management billing functions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Invoicing & Dispute Resolution, this role will serve as a horizontal leader across Self-Serve Billing, Managed Serve Billing, Disputes, and 3P Billing, ensuring the team operates with consistency, accountability, accuracy, and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring strong billing operations experience, people leadership, process improvement discipline, and the ability to connect day-to-day execution with broader revenue, cash, customer, and compliance outcomes.
