Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a data analytics role, with a strong focus on marketing, campaign, or customer analytics.
  • High level of proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or PowerBI.
  • A solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing principles, and experimental design.
  • Proven ability to transform ambiguous business questions into a structured analytical plan.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Excellent data storytelling skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with large-scale data environments (Google BigQuery) is a significant asset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing teams to inform campaign strategy by providing data-driven insights for audience creation and maintenance.
  • Maintain and improve measurement frameworks to evaluate the performance, ROI, and incrementality of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, segmentation, lifecycle, and loyalty to uncover opportunities for improved customer targeting.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Respond to analytical requests from business leaders, providing timely and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Query and manipulate large, complex datasets from multiple sources to create the foundational data required for customer targeting and insight generation.
  • Design, build, and maintain key dashboards and reports to provide self-serve analytics to growth and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the design and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing tactics and program effectiveness.
