The Senior Analyst, Digital Customer Marketing, will support the Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies designed to nurture business accounts, generate leads, and drive engagement with Sales and Account Development teams. This role involves complex campaign execution, quantitative analysis, and a deep understanding of how marketing capabilities can drive efficiency and scale. In addition, this role will play a key part in advancing an AI-driven marketing approach, identifying opportunities to automate business-as-usual (BAU) processes, improve operational efficiency, and leverage emerging tools to enhance workflows and campaign performance. They will collaborate closely with a variety of partners across the organization, including Sales, Analytics, Technology, and Product.
