About The Position

As a key member of the West Business Development & M&A team, the Senior Analyst will support commercial strategy and investment decisions across utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage assets. This position reports directly to the Director, Business Development & M&A. The role will be primarily focused on CAISO, Hawaii, and other West markets, while also supporting cross-region strategic M&A, including portfolio, operating, opportunistic acquisition, and asset-sale processes. This position is based in our Denver office; however, San Francisco-based candidates will be considered as an exception on a case-by-case basis for the right candidate. If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications but see yourself contributing, please submit your resume.
