About The Position

Aritzia is growing, and our Direct to Customer team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for executing exceptional subscriber and channel management while driving traffic, revenue, and loyalty through our DTC channels. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Email Marketing, you will support in developing and executing email marketing strategies anchored in trigger and transactional emails, while driving invite-only events, special projects, and loyalty triggers as the program scales. You will also explore white space opportunities, fast-track emerging priorities, and ideate and implement improvement initiatives across DTC that elevate the email channel and overall client experience. Requirements

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in DTC Marketing, specifically related to email marketing

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic channel approach for Aritzia's portfolio of permission-based and addressable marketing channels, with a focus on email
  • Identify, acquire, engage, and retain our clients across lifecycle (trigger) and transactional campaigns
  • Connect with our clients in a considered way through strategic segmentation, personalization, testing, channel enhancements, and innovation to improve overall performance
  • Drive profitable traffic and revenue across Website, App, and Retail via triggered and transactional emails
  • Engender long-term loyalty and retention via churn mitigation and reactivation journeys
  • Ensure accordance with business and regulatory standards
  • Analyze and report on email marketing performance, surfacing actionable insights and leveraging testing to continuously optimize traffic, revenue, and loyalty
  • Assist with channel budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies
