Senior Analog Engineer

Renesas Electronics•Duluth, GA

About The Position

Architect, design, and verify CMOS analog blocks for custom ASICs while meeting stringent performance, area, power, and timeline constraints. The work includes receiver (Rx), transmitter (Tx), PLL, and other high-precision analog circuits, including high-speed DDR I/O interfaces and mixed-signal circuits in fine-geometry processes. The role also focuses on low-power circuit design, reliability, and analog layout quality. The Senior Analog Engineer collaborates with digital and systems engineers and other stakeholders to integrate analog and digital components. The position involves simulation and testing, design documentation, and keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Renesas describes a global engineering environment and a culture based on being Transparent, Agile, Global, Innovative, and Entrepreneurial.
