About The Position

Exiger is hiring a Senior AI Product Builder to help shape and deliver its next generation of AI-powered Super Intelligence products. This role bridges product, technology, and customer engagement; it is not limited to traditional product management or engineering. The successful candidate will understand complex business challenges, work directly with customers and stakeholders, identify valuable product opportunities, and help turn ideas into working AI-powered solutions. The role combines customer discovery, product ownership, and hands-on technical collaboration. The builder will lead customer conversations and workshops, translate needs into product requirements and actionable solutions, own initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, and partner with engineers, designers, and data specialists. They will prototype and help deliver AI applications, agents, automations, and workflows using tools such as LLMs, frameworks, APIs, code, and AI-assisted development platforms. Exiger’s product lifecycle uses AI throughout research, ideation, analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and product improvement. AI Product Builders are expected to work across disciplines, engage stakeholders directly, test ideas early, and move from customer problem to useful working solution. Human judgment, customer understanding, security, privacy, and appropriate oversight remain essential. The position is hybrid, based in Richmond, Virginia, or McLean, Virginia.

  • Partner with engineers, designers, data specialists, and product builders to create useful AI-powered experiences.
  • Define product requirements, user journeys, workflows, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize opportunities by customer impact, business value, feasibility, and resources; make informed scope, speed, usability, complexity, and long-term-value tradeoffs.
  • Test ideas with customers, incorporate feedback, and use analytics and measurable outcomes to decide what to build, improve, or stop.
  • Drive cross-team alignment and keep initiatives moving as requirements or priorities change.
  • Design, prototype, and help deliver AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, automations, and workflows.
  • Use LLMs, agentic frameworks, APIs, code, and AI-assisted development tools to explore and validate ideas.
  • Collaborate with engineering on solution design, architecture, integrations, and feasibility; identify limitations and troubleshoot issues.
