About The Position

Software Mind is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to work on innovative client projects that help organizations realize the business value of artificial intelligence and Generative AI. The role spans rapid prototyping through production-grade deployments, with a focus on LLM-based applications, intelligent automation, machine learning, and AI-powered products. As part of a consulting-driven team, the engineer will work closely with clients, combining technical expertise with business understanding to deliver practical AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python for AI application development.
• Strong experience with agent frameworks and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for agentic workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing knowledge bases and RAG architectures, and working with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including OpenAI or open-source models.
• Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to speak and write in English.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with evaluation of LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, backend services, and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of the role of traditional machine learning in building intelligent systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems.
• Develop, evaluate, and iteratively optimize prompt engineering strategies.
• Integrate LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs.
• Implement agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and apply new AI tools, models, and frameworks.
