About The Position

Software Mind is seeking an AI Engineer to work on innovative client projects that help organizations realize the potential of artificial intelligence and Generative AI. The role covers projects ranging from rapid prototyping to production-grade deployments, with an emphasis on LLM-based applications, intelligent automation, and AI-powered products. As part of a consulting-driven team, you will work closely with clients, applying technical expertise and business understanding to deliver practical AI solutions.

Requirements

Strong experience with Python for AI application development.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including OpenAI or open-source models.
Practical experience with prompt engineering in production use cases.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and working with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
Ability to speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications, chatbots, and intelligent systems.
Develop and optimize prompt-engineering strategies through evaluation and iteration.
Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
Integrate LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs.
Implement agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions.
Research, evaluate, and apply new AI tools, models, and frameworks.
