About The Position

Amazon Ads is seeking a Senior Agile Programmatic Solutions Consultant to support high-impact, time-bound customer initiatives on their demand-side platform, Amazon DSP. This role involves driving success across a dynamic portfolio of strategic customer projects, including advertiser onboarding, platform migrations, new feature adoption, and account expansion. The consultant will be deployed rapidly to critical opportunities, leveraging their expertise, ownership, and speed to deliver value and shape customer outcomes. A key aspect of the role is building lasting capability within customers, equipping them to solve future challenges independently. The Agile PSC possesses deep experience in advertising technology and the programmatic domain, applying this expertise to solve high-stakes challenges with urgency and precision, focusing on long-term customer success. This customer-facing role requires close collaboration with programmatic traders at agencies and advertisers, as well as internal Amazon Ads sales, product, and support teams to deliver measurable results within defined project timelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning
  • Experience creating processes and improving tools with measurable impact on advertisers
  • Experience in digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience in a client facing consultative role working with large, complex enterprise customers
  • Experience (technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, viewability, etc.)
  • Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
  • 2+ years in digital or advertising product go-to-market strategy and operation, with influence on both product sales strategy and product development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience (technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with SQL databases (querying and analyzing)
  • Experience in mobile app advertising, mobile measurement partner integration and App CPI/ROAS/LTV performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of project-based customer engagements — from scoping and planning through execution and measurement — across a range of strategic use cases including onboarding, migrations, beta testing, and account expansion
  • Delivering targeted services such as onboarding support, feature training, platform consultation, and campaign strategy guidance within structured, time-bound engagements, with a focus on building customer sophistication at every stage
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to rapidly identify improvement areas, root causes, and actionable recommendations that drive customer outcomes within project timelines
  • Driving self-service enablement by developing scalable resources, repeatable frameworks, and customer-facing guidance that reduce dependency and accelerate independent platform proficiency
  • Driving the evolution of Amazon DSP by supporting customers through product beta participation, capturing and synthesizing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists)
  • Proactively sourcing and qualifying new project opportunities, contributing to intake and prioritization processes, and sharing knowledge and best practices that strengthen the broader PSC team
