As one of our Senior Agency Partner Managers based in North America, you will join a team that focuses on enabling internal and external stakeholders and growing revenue by forging strong partnerships with leading agency partners in the e-commerce ecosystem. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or relationship management, ideally within SaaS or ecommerce
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships or channel sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • High-energy and driven to scale a high-impact growth channel
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and traveling up to 25% of the time
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with agencies or within the ecommerce ecosystem is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Help scale our Agency Partnerships channel by driving revenue through existing and newly identified Agency Partners.
  • Leverage both traditional and innovative business development tactics to build a strong revenue flywheel with our Agency Partners.
  • Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through industry agency partners and events
  • Own and grow strategic agency relationships across North America
  • Be the face of the company at various events, meetups, and trade shows
  • Work closely with Account Managers to help them close deals and expand accounts
  • Develop and refine our partner program, processes, and documentation to enable partners to become strong ambassadors of our software and drive leads through our sales process
  • Constantly optimize the sales pipeline by leveraging data analysis at each step of the process
  • Act as a thought leader on the topic of ecommerce and agency partnerships
  • Activate, onboard, and scale new partners across North America
  • Mentor and support more junior team members as the partnerships function grows
