Head of Agency Partnerships

ShipperHQAustin, TX

About The Position

ShipperHQ is a bootstrapped market leader in e-commerce shipping technology, founded in 2008. They specialize in helping brands solve complex checkout and fulfillment challenges for thousands of merchants globally, ranging from high-growth DTC brands to enterprise retailers. Agency partnerships are a critical component of their go-to-market strategy, contributing approximately one-third of the company's revenue, with many relationships being long-standing. The company fosters a disciplined, performance-driven culture where accountability is paramount, and high-impact leaders are given significant ownership. The Head of Agency Partnerships is a senior, hands-on leadership role tasked with leading and scaling this vital revenue channel. The individual will be directly accountable for agency revenue, report to the C-suite, and be responsible for the channel's overall performance. Key aspects of the role include deepening relationships within the existing agency network, expanding ShipperHQ's presence across key ecosystems like Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and leading a small partnerships team while actively engaging in strategic agency relationships and market-facing initiatives. This position is considered a distinct GTM pillar, not a support function, and is crucial for the continued growth and evolution of the agency channel.
