Role Summary: Lead and strengthen dealer relationships to grow market share, promote company products and services, and build dealer sales capability across assigned markets.

  • Minimum of 5–6 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a strong understanding of the business model and commercial processes to support review and approval of variance programs and commercial actions.
  • Partner with dealers on forecasting, sales, rental, and used equipment strategies while supporting sales planning, sales techniques, and new product rollouts.
  • Conduct regular dealer sales performance reviews and drive corrective actions to improve results where needed.
  • Identify selling opportunities, strengthen customer satisfaction, and enhance long-term business relationships.
