At Alto, we are actively contributing to the transformation of Canada's future with our high-speed train project connecting Quebec City and Toronto. With the support of the Government of Canada, this innovative project aims to improve the quality of life of our citizens, strengthen ties between communities and stimulate economic growth. The role includes active contributions to the development and leadership of the team’s strategies, processes, and partnerships. In addition to managing external relationships, the Senior Advisor will be responsible for leading communications with Alto’s stakeholders for the landowner engagement, overseeing the preparation of land and collaborative agreements, and providing in-depth analysis and strategic reporting. Reporting to the Director Real Property Relations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced expertise of the dynamics between external partners (such as municipalities, utility providers, provincial and federal government, etc.) and infrastructure or transportation project proponents, excelling in navigating complex challenges with multiple stakeholders, real property concepts and managing relations with internal and external participants. In collaboration with other team members, the Senior Advisor will lead critical components of the successful execution and delivery of the project within scope, budget, and schedule. As Alto continues to develop and establish the frameworks that will guide its deliverables and relationships with partner organizations, the Senior Advisor’s responsibilities will evolve with increased leadership in cross-functional initiatives and strategic alignment as the project reaches new levels of maturity.
