About The Position

As Senior Advisor, Property Tax, you will work with our expanding tax team and play a key role in achieving Company and investor tax objectives. Join a dynamic, growing company and experience a broad range of challenging tax advisory and compliance issues in the renewable energy industry. The Senior Property Tax Advisor supports property tax planning, modeling, and compliance activities while partnering with a cross-functional team of tax professionals. Engage with a cross functional team of tax professionals, project developers, and external advisors to meet ongoing obligations and uncover new opportunities. This role is located in our downtown Chicago office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of multi-state property tax experience
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Juris Doctor, CPA, or CMI preferred.

Steer and coordinate with top advisors and law firms across the country.
Act as the go-to property tax expert, connecting insights across teams and driving alignment.
Represent the organization in discussions with state and local tax authorities on key project matters.
Champion process and technology enhancements that streamline operations and elevate quality.
Take the reins on important processes and projects—charting the course, tracking progress, and delivering meaningful results.
