The Sr. Advertising Manager – Retail Media is a senior individual contributor role responsible for owning and driving clients’ digital advertising strategies across major retail media networks. Reporting to the Senior Director of Paid Media, this role combines deep platform expertise, analytical rigor, and AI-enabled insight generation to deliver measurable commerce outcomes for CPG clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience managing larger-scale retail media and digital advertising accounts. They bring deep platform expertise (Amazon including DSP, Walmart Connect, Kroger/Instacart, and emerging channels), strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable client recommendations. This person acts as the primary day-to-day strategic lead for assigned clients, proactively communicates with senior stakeholders, drives process improvements as the team scales, and ensures the team delivers measurable business outcomes through insight-led retail media strategies. Hybrid to Chicago, IL will observe a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
