The Sr. Advertising Manager – Retail Media is a senior individual contributor role responsible for owning and driving clients’ digital advertising strategies across major retail media networks. This role combines deep platform expertise, analytical rigor, and AI-enabled insight generation to deliver measurable commerce outcomes for CPG clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience managing larger-scale retail media and digital advertising accounts. They bring deep platform expertise (Amazon including DSP, Walmart Connect, Kroger/Instacart, and emerging channels), strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable client recommendations. This person acts as the primary day-to-day strategic lead for assigned clients, proactively communicates with senior stakeholders, drives process improvements as the team scales, and ensures the team delivers measurable business outcomes through insight-led retail media strategies. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, observing a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
