Provides advanced administrative level support to staff, faculty, and students. Maintains official college records and executes administrative polices as determined by organization and/or Dallas College guidelines, policies, and procedures. This role involves supporting senior directors and/or executives, managing daily office operations, and executing processes, tasks, policies, and procedures according to organizational guidelines. Depending on the assigned area, duties may include supporting faculty, staff, and students with contracts, supply ordering, class schedules, room assignments, and report preparation. The position also requires participation in professional development to stay current with trends and technology.
