About The Position

This position provides administrative assistance to the assigned department. Responsibilities include scheduling and planning meetings, maintaining the department calendar, creating, editing, and distributing communication through email, documents, and presentations. The role also involves processing travel requests, invoices, and purchase orders, ordering supplies for the department, and maintaining files. Additionally, the assistant will answer phones, transfer calls, take messages as needed, and provide customer service to students, faculty, and staff, along with performing other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Provides customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
