About The Position

Provides advanced administrative business support to the Leadership team in the Legal and Regulatory Group (LLP/OGC). Essential Functions Performs any combination of the following administrative duties in addition to various project management responsibilities: Duties may include word processing, purchase order requests/completion, booking travel, processing additional data, generating and distributing reports, filing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping and budgeting, creating or updating SharePoint sites, coordinating meetings and conferences, processing expense reimbursements, drafting and reviewing communication, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. Assists with various projects to speed up process enhancements and implementation. Log/Tracking incoming work and deadlines, reviewing and routing various contracts, documents and correspondence, etc.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5 years of related experience required
  • Must possess a high level of administrative skills
  • Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with team members in and across OGC and LLP
  • Strong familiarity and experience with MS Office required
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills required
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite in office 4 days a week

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior Experience in Office Management, Calendar Management, Event Planning, Documentation preferred
