About The Position
EarthCam is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional to join its growing team as a Staff Accountant/Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. The role manages accounts payable across multiple entities and vendors, processes invoices, analyzes workflow processes, maintains vendor relationships, and performs account maintenance, record entries, and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience as an accounts payable manager or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical-thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Analytical, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively and drive adoption of new processes and procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Sage Software.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable using various accounting software.
- Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors.
- Analyze workflow processes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Process invoices due for payment.
- Perform account maintenance, record entries, and reconciliation, along with other duties.
