Job Summary Job Description Key Accountabilities Executes complex tasks with a strong understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and controls Analyzes data, identifies trends, and provides insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Reviews and reconciles information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices. Assists in preparing and reviewing reports, ensuring clarity, completeness, and adherence to guidelines. Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and skill development. Role Specific Accountabilities: Prepares various journals, account reconciliations, and monthly reports Coordinates, consolidates, reports and prepares analysis of financial transactions to aid management in decision-making. Effectively interfaces with other Vistra personnel to ensure appropriate accounting and reporting deadlines are achieved. Participates in special projects as requested.
