As Senior Account Manager, Private Client a typical day might include: Collaborating and regularly meeting with Account Executive(s) and the BSAA Personal Insurance team to stay abreast of client file status Collaborating with the BSAA Personal Insurance team, proactively obtains underwriting information from potential and renewal clients Demonstrating and applying an in-depth knowledge of binding authorities, insurer portals, and risk management principles Negotiating new & renewal business terms with insurers Working collaboratively with MGAs, as needed Liaising with clients on the status of their request for coverage or renewal Presenting quotes and/or renewals and endorsements to clients, obtaining orders and binds coverage with underwriters Maintaining a technical and service-oriented relationship with the clients and underwriters Keeping Account Executive(s) up to date on the status of client accounts Providing friendly, professional service to customers and Account Executive(s) Handling routine customer and Account Executive inquiries/concerns in a timely manner and to an agreed upon Practice Group standard Ensuring work is prompt, efficient, and accurate
