The Senior Account Manager is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients. This role involves building high-level client relationships through technical and business skills, ensuring alignment behind team decisions, and clearly defining objectives and strategies for client initiatives. The position also includes managing the implementation of service tools, understanding client processes and product lines, and developing strategic recommendations. The Senior Account Manager will handle multiple projects proactively, manage new product launches, interface with clients and third parties, promote solutions, develop client trend analyses, recommend operational improvements, and host Quarterly Business Reviews. Other duties as assigned.
