Because we value in‑person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable travel distance to one of our VT or NH locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically within Personal Lines
• An active Property & Casualty License
• A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• A team-oriented mindset paired with high self‑motivation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
